Metal isthe wholebusiness.
Ames Group builds small, large and heavy components for clients in several industries, from hatches and railings to trusses and offshore skids. The hall has overhead cranes, a blast-and-paint cabin and a beam cutting line, so most jobs stay in the building until they ship.

Our application to ILTE under the “Pokytis” incentive measure was approved. The measure is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund and backs modernisation, automation and digital technology in manufacturing.
08Training and testing base

We have a dedicated training and testing base where we train and improve our employees' practical skills and assess the qualifications of new candidates.
At the base we run practical tests for welders and metal structure fitters and check their professional ability and readiness for work. This is how we make sure our people meet the quality and qualification requirements our clients set.
