01Who we are
Fabrication isn'ta side line.
Ames Group is a custom metal fabrication company on the edge of Klaipėda. Fabrication is the work, not an add-on, and we treat it as a serious process.
We build small, large and heavy components, from a hatch or railing to a truss or an offshore skid. Clients come from several industries, and the metals and raw-material forms we work with are just as varied.
The hall has overhead bridge cranes, a blast-and-paint cabin and a beam cutting line, so most of a job stays under one roof. The hall gate is 8.5 × 7.0 m, so large products can leave the hall.

Testing, inspection and NDT are part of the job. The reports come with it.

Structural steel needs paperwork that holds up.

EXC3 opens our range to larger and more complex structures: buildings of more than 15 floors, pedestrian, bicycle, road and railway bridges, crane tracks and similar.

UAB “Amės grupė” is pleased to report that its application to ILTE under the “Pokytis” incentive measure has been approved. The measure is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund.
“Pokytis” encourages industrial firms to invest in modernising production, automation and digital technology. Under our project we plan to bring in advanced production equipment with built-in digital tools. The investment should raise output, cut manual work, make better use of materials and energy, and reduce waste. It supports sustainable growth and long-term competitiveness.
The chance of support under the joint project “Installation of private EV charging access points”, through an application to the Lithuanian Energy Agency under the call “Installation of private EV charging access points for legal entities at workplaces”, led UAB “Amės grupė” to plan EV charging at its workplace. The joint project is carried out under Lithuania's recovery and resilience plan “Naujos kartos Lietuva”, funded by the EU's NextGenerationEU recovery and resilience facility.
